Bryan from JNS plumbing was easy to reach, kept me updated on his arrival time, and did a great job! He came to replace my two toilets and did a clean job. He also helped me pick up the items from Home Depot and carried it on his truck. Bryan is fair in pricing and very knowledgeable about his work. JNS plumbing replaced the thermocouple on my water heater and did a fantastic job. I will be hiring them for all of my plumbing needs in the future and I gave his number to my neighbors. I contacted Bryan on a weeknight through Thumbtack and he immediately responded. I had a water heater that wasn’t working and I thought that the pilot light was out. He walked me through lighting it over the phone but that didn’t fix the problem. He came out to inspect it the next morning and confirmed I needed a new water heater. He gave me a couple of different options to choose from and was very thorough with explaining the options. The following day he installed the new water heater. Bryan is punctual, professional, and very knowledgeable. He’s really friendly and I enjoyed working with him and Diego. I highly recommend Bryan for any of your plumbing issues!
