Mario was an absolute joy to work with! From his initial response to my inquiry (which I sent after midnight, and he responded to within an hour), to his timely and thorough answers to my questions, he was a complete pro! He showed up on time, was thorough, has a terrific eye, and delivered quality photos which were key to getting showings and selling a home for a record price in less than 1 week. I was a CA realestate broker for 20 years before retiring and moving out of state. I wish I'd had Mario in my market when I was in the business. What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
If you are looking to purchase many shoots in bulk or have an exciting project please reach out to us directly as we have some flexibility in those instances.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First, we love talking to our potential customers in person or on the phone to make sure we are a good match for each other. We want to hear about what wish to accomplish with the project and find the best way to help you with that.
If we are a match we will provide a proposal with scope of work and dates for the shoot, a contract and any additional information.
After the shoot we will provide you with an initial gallery of the shoot to choose together with images to edit and use for final delivery.
Finally we will have a post-shoot interview to see what was your favorite part of the experience and how we can make your experience even better in the future.
