- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We create custom packages for EVERY couple based off of their needs and budgets. We offer payment arrangements and special rates for college students, military families and early bird booking. We do require 50% as a non-refundable deposit, however, even that can be given in installments.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Congratulations! If, you're reading this you're at an extremely exciting time in your life. We like to start our process by scheduling a complimentary Couch Chat. During our Couch Chat, you will get to speak with Ess, our owner and coordinator to get an idea of the values of JoyEss and what makes us different from the rest. We discuss your vision, your needs and you get to learn more about us. Couch Chats are required prior to booking and can be scheduled at any time.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
JoyEss Occasions has over 10 years of experiences planning events. While we have a special place for weddings in our hearts, we do offer event planning on a referral only basis. Most of our wedding clients return to hire us for housewarming parties, baby showers, graduation parties and anniversary celebrations.
