- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When working with a new customer, I start by discussing their needs and expectations to fully understand the scope of the project. Next, I provide a clear and detailed estimate, including the timeline and cost. Once the estimate is approved, I schedule the work at a convenient time for the customer. During the project, I maintain open communication, ensuring everything is completed to their satisfaction. My goal is to make the process smooth, transparent, and hassle-free from start to finish.
