We recently worked with this vendor and the experience didn't meet expectations. The service was not delivered on time after initially pushing back the job numerous times. The communication lacked heavily and once the work began, things became worse. The crew was late on both occasions. We were told the job would take 1.5 days tops. The crew did not finish the job on day 2 and left a mess in our home. They had no idea when they'd return. There were no drawers or rods in the closets. Management did not respond to texts or calls or voicemails until over 48 hours later. We explained the bad craftsmanship of the work (missing shelves, no rods, backward shelves, writing on shelves, uneven finishes, etc.) and requested a refund. Ultimately, we have 3 closets that were supposed to be complete, and by the end of day 2 not one of them was complete. Paul finally called 2 days later and agreed to refund our money after we expressed our displeasure. He agreed to refund us by 2 business days later but that day came and went with no refund. We reached out numerous times to Paul to check the status of our refund and he has completely ignored us. The customer service is appalling.
