Having tried Home Depot and other installers for laminate floor project with poor success on pricing, responsiveness and flexibility about job, my experience with Amazonia was quiet different.
Within hours we scheduled estimate for next day, within 24 hours agreed on pricing and terms, and on following Saturday they arrived at exact time we agreed - 8 AM. Also we texted during week confirming time and logistics.
As for project, I purchased flooring and underlayment after researching. Wanted 14mm flooring and quality 3mm underlayment for cement. The project included toilet / bathroom, bedroom and kitchen area. I was shocked how quickly this flooring went in.
Amazonia were the right people, with needed experience and right tools to handle all nuances for our home. Also they did not try to upsell me. I purchased some base boards to replace existing knowing there would be some breakage since it was old house and these were nailed. They even helped correct some things that should have been done differently in past.
Do suggest that you begin with quality product and underlayment. Read reviews for other projects where they had concerns about laminate and the cheap can come out expensive. Installers cannot prevent "future" bubbling from water damage or separation due to poor quality product.
This floor looks amazing and Amazonia installed with precision making sure it flowed perfectly and was pleasing to eye where seams are. They arrived at 8 AM and place was cleaned and finished by 3 PM. This would have been multiple day project for me.
On a personal note, I would hire Diogo for any project. He is easy to work with and follows through on everything he says. Responsive, easy to work with and very friendly. His crew is same.
As for pricing, totally happy and gave a little extra because I was so happy with work and they helped me with a few things like toilet removal and setting it back. I am getting old and this was a gift. Also added some new trim for a wood wall since they had nail gun which finished off a wall.
Sorry for long review, but know when choosing a contractor without personal knowledge, its hard. Choosing Diogo was the right choice! You will be very happy. I am, floor looks amazing.

We got our new home flooring installation from Amazonia Flooring and are extremely happy with the excellent quality of the work performed. It was a big project with about 3500 square feet of flooring. We chose two different hardwood options for the first and second floors. Diogo offered great advice on colors and quality of materials. He got us a discount on the materials and his labor charges were also very competitive. Diogo is a very open and transparent guy. Very responsive, hands on and involved through out the project. It was great working with him and his team. They even took care of the curved stairs which was quite tricky.
They worked with us on timing and when our moved was scheduled so everything could go seemlessly as possible.
Overall, very satisfied with the outcome and highly recommend Amazonia Flooring for flooring projects.

Would definitely recommend Amazonia Flooring! We engaged them to install wood floors on our second level and stairway. They showed up every day when they said they wood, and were professional, friendly, efficient, and communicative throughout the whole process.
