This is the second time that they have fixed an appliance for me. Both times they were able to schedule an appointment very quickly, they arrived on time, and they were able to fix my appliance while staying within my budget. They’re now my go-to appliance repair people. It’s really great having someone who I know I can rely on for these type of things.

The person who did the work knew what he was doing and quickly completed the repair of my washer. We have used it a few times and it has worked fine. Could not ask for a better outcome. Were I to need repairs in the future, they'd be the first I would call.

John did an excellent job identifying the issue, diagnosing the problem, and fixing it promptly—definitely a 5/5 for his expertise and workmanship. My oven had stopped heating up, and he quickly discovered that the problem was due to two wires with a bad connection. He efficiently cut the wires and spliced them together directly, restoring my oven to perfect working order. However, I would have appreciated more communication about the cost beforehand. He completed the work without providing a quote and only informed me afterward that the total was $220. While his skills are undeniable, a heads-up about the price before proceeding would have been helpful. Overall, I highly recommend John for his technical knowledge and repair skills, but clearer communication about pricing would make the experience even better.
