John was able to come repair our Dishwasher. They were able to come the next day and was in and out. He was very mindful in ensuring everything was cleaned and didn’t leave a mess for us to clean up after. We will be working with RT Motor again for all of our future appliance issues and repairs.

Technician is exceptionally friendly and respectful.He is very knowledgable and explained me everything replaced to the refrigerator and ice maker. RT Motor was very nice. Came on time, actually a little earlier which was great. I thought I needed him for one thing. Turns out I needed him for two more things. My main issue I supplied the part. The other two parts he had with him and was able to fix those two things as well as the initial problem and was done quickly. I didn’t have to wait for parts or wait around all day for the repair to be done. Payment was easy with ZELLE and he was on his way.
