We hired YA Creative Design Partners, LLC for our new custom construction home after a Zoom call with Yasser and his team. Initially, we thought we only needed architectural and structural plans, but Yasser advised us to wait for city comments to confirm if MEP (mechanical, electrical, and plumbing) designs would be required for the permit. He was upfront and honest, which we really appreciated, and sure enough, the city requested the MEP work. Yasser and his team quickly handled the MEP plans, and we received the permit a week ago, right on time. We didn’t find YA Creative Design Partners, LLC on Thumbtack, but Yasser requested a review after completing the project, and we're happy to recommend them. They were professional, knowledgeable, and dedicated to getting everything done perfectly. Highly recommend YA Creative Design Partners, LLC for any architectural, structural, or MEP needs!
