- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
10% discount on total repairs for Seniors & Military. $125 service call for standard domestic brands. $150 service call for high end brands. We use the Blue Book Pricing Guide for all repairs. Service call is waived if you go with total repair.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Get to know their name. Listen to the description of what’s wrong with the appliance. Test and diagnose the problem. Discuss the repair with the customer. Get approval before doing repairs. Fix it! Show the customer it works! Thank you for your business. Hopefully there’s not any other problems anytime soon, but we’re here to help. Please give us a call again.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
At Appliance Worx we focus on excellent and friendly service. Our technicians are required to complete at minimum 40 hours of ongoing training each year. We are here to help when your appliances just need a little TLC and when they need serious work to get them running again. Please give us a call!
