- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
🚛14 FT BOX TRUCK (1-2 bedroom): 120$ per hour for 2 movers. 🚚26 FT BOX TRUCK (3-5 bedroom): 150$ per hour for 2 movers. 180$ per hour for 3 movers. ❌NO HIDDEN OR EXTRA CHARGE/FEE for stairs, walking distance, miles or fuel. Everything is included in the hourly rate (assembly/ disassembly of furniture, moving blankets, tools, professional equipment and tape).
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We prefer to discuss jobs personally with our customer via telephone, text, or video chat. It is easier to offer a more accurate quote.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
All of our movers are trained professionals with multiple years of industry experience. We set high standards for our team and expect them to provide our customers with awesome service no matter how difficult the job might be.
