- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We use insurance approved rates for all our work. We don’t jack up the price on a job that is not covered by insurance. All customers benefit from approved insurance rates.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We evaluate the situation and give detailed descriptions of our plan before starting any work. Our customers know what to expect and are integral in the decision making process. First step is to contain/triage the environment so things don’t get worse. Then we remove (only if necessary), dry and clean all affected surfaces. We restore the structure to pre-flood or mold condition.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We are IICRC Certified. All Dry employees have extensive training and over 8 years of experience. We know how to do the job right, the first time!
