My focus as an artist is always making sure you are comfortable, because that brings out the most genuine you and the best you! I’ve been doing wedding photography for the past 2 years but I’ve been a photographer for as long as I can remember; I fell in love with photography because I love being able to capture a moment and tell a story, whether it’s in the big finale of a concert, a couple laughing at an inside joke, or a quiet moment of reflection and love between a mother and child. Even though it’s only a fraction second, those shots can hold onto a moments and preserve it forever.

Naiya was very responsive prior to our event. She answered all questions quickly and was easy to get in contact with. She did a photo shoot for my niece's quinceanera and also took family pictures. She was very patient with our large group and all requests...would definitely recommend!

Naiya is an exceptionally gifted photographer. I reached out her fairly last minute with a request for a photo shoot to surprise my wife after we had been apart for many months, and Naiya was happy to accommodate. She was very responsive to all communications. The day of the shoot was not especially nice weather-wise, yet Naiya was still able to work her magic and capture some beautiful shots. Naiya is the consummate professional and truly excels in her craft. She delivers in a skilled, efficient manner.

Everything was finalised for 2-3 PM photoshoot, we waited at the location, she stopped receiving our call, at 1:20 PM she texted us she is not gonna join but by that time we already started from our home to location so in that rush we missed here message. We wasted our time and money on makeup and hair stylist for that day.

I am really sorry that I didn’t get to work with you guys but this is not a fair representation of what happened, this was a same day last minute session, and there was no deposit paid by you guys. I also let you know that I would be unable to make it as I was dealing with an emergency and followed that text up as soon as I realized you guys were still on the way. I am very sorry that we didn’t get to work together and even offered to honor the same discounted price that I was giving you guys for another day!

I had a positive experience with Naiya. Unfortunately we didn’t officially get the chance to work together because of an unforeseen event that came up. However, despite this she recommended a replacement photographer to me, and that helped. Still I hope to get the chance to work with Naiya on another project in the near future.

I studied Photography at USC for two years and have been working in the industry since.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
I started drawing and painting since I was young and when I was in middle school I started taking pictures for my schools yearbook and loved it, ever since I’ve been obsessed!
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Go with someone who makes you comfortable and who can mesh with you artistically.
