I got a headache thinking about the potential complications of setting up my electronics (everything from a multi-mic karaoke system, new AV receiver, new TV, surround sound system, internet, Blu-Ray, cd player, etc. to a whole house speaker system). But after a phone conversation with Shell, I really relaxed. He gets it! His experience and knowledge was well worth it. In a couple hours he and his tech had all the components connected and talking to eachother and me excited and putting them all through their paces and loving the experience. If youre like me, don’t wait any longer, give Shell a call or set up an appointment. You’ll be really glad you did.

Kjell installed in-ceiling speakers in the living space and the outdoor area for us a few weeks back and we could not be happier with his work. I knew very little about speaker systems and he really took the time to explain my options, the differences, the pros, the cons and what would work best for our home. We came up with the perfect solution and my husband and I are very pleased with the results. I also need to add that I’ve never had any contractor come into my home and leave it as clean (if not cleaner) than when they arrived! When they left I grabbed my vacuum to go clean where they had been working and immediately realized there was no need, it was all spotless! I would highly recommend Alef Audio Video if you are looking for an in-home audio system. Very happy I went with them.

Alef Audio Video help us with a nurse call light system. They were quick, easy to deal with. Professional in a healthcare setting and very easy to work with. Thye had no prior knowledge of our system and they got it running without any issues. I would absolutely recommend them.

I was totally Grateful to finally find someone who was totally professional, actually he explained as he was getting all my ring cameras working. He was punctual, spoke in a very Respectful manner and was very courteous. A perfect example would be , that you would feel safe having him in your home whether your spouse was home or not.
