I got a headache thinking about the potential complications of setting up my electronics (everything from a multi-mic karaoke system, new AV receiver, new TV, surround sound system, internet, Blu-Ray, cd player, etc. to a whole house speaker system). But after a phone conversation with Shell, I really relaxed. He gets it! His experience and knowledge was well worth it.
