I am giving one star because I can’t give zero stars. Do not waste your time with this company as you can see in the emails below scheduling an appointment was a complete mess. i took 2 afternoons off work only to have first day a no show because i was told Tuesday June 26th (i will take some responsibility for that being that the 26th was Wednesday not Tuesday and I was not paying attention) the second day however I took another afternoon off work. I got a call around 430 that my technician was in Anaheim and would be a little bit after 6:00 was that OK? I answered. Yes it was, at 6:30. I called the company and was told my technician will be leaving Rancho Santa Fe in about 15 minutes and was probably an hour away. at this point, I canceled the appointment altogether. I would not even trust anything they told me was wrong with my AC after this. a complete waste of my time, the time i took off work and 2 days i’ve had to live with my AC when i could have had a reliable company come out. also the app states its a $0 service call also a lie it’s a $69 service call. The only reason I kept the appointment was because they offered to waive that Be very aware of this company
