Edited a week after use: Pablo did a nice job installing my bathroom countertops. He was very professional, knowledgeable, and communicative. He sent me a link to order my stone and picked it up himself, and installation was completed the next day. One detail I noticed shortly after I posted this review is that the countertop does not properly fit our sink/drawers to allow for smooth closing. Our drawers are a custom cut to allow sides to slide next to the sink. However, the sink hole was cut centered instead of slightly to the left like our old countertop. I feel like that should have been accounted for in the measurements. Overall, I am still happy with my experience and can have the drawer cut down to accommodate the issue.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My customers purchase the material they'd like to have installed, I then ask for a copy of the invoice to pick up the material and fabricate it.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The way I work is by offering free estimates. I go take measurements at my potential customers home or the customers can send me pictures and measurements and with the information collected I send them an estimate via email or text.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been working with granite for 9+ years and decided it was time to open up my business.
