Chef Julius did a fantastic job preparing a meal for our 45 guests at a training event in Palm Springs. He delivered a delicious meal, on time with the best, most courteous attitude, and his sous-chef was super professional and kind! Great job, Chef!

Chef Julius catered for a celebration of life for me. The food was outstanding, beautifully displayed and everything was fabulous. The homemade sauces, breads and desserts were out of this world. Highly recommend him for your catering.

Chef Julius is amazing! He catered a fully vegan and GF dinner at my bach party for a group of 26. The food was amazing, and he and is his assistant (dapper Dan) were professional while also being a fun vibe. Highly recommend!

Julius delivered so much more than a dinner! It was an immersive experience where each dish took us to a new destination and he was our epicurean tour guide. Julius is a great talent in the kitchen…but his warmth and personable character are what put him over the top! I would recommend him to everyone - closest friends and family included.

The dinner was delicious and julius was very comfortable in a new kitchen, getting right to work on an amazing meal that was exactly as described. This was a gluten free / vegan menu… so he had his work cut out for him!
