FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We price based on range of bedrooms, and specialty engineering services required. A phone consultation and possibly a in person job walk is required to get an accurate estimate
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start with a phone consultation. Learning about your project is a key first step. Lets get the details on your needs first and see if an in-person consultation or job-walk is necessary. We'll be capturing information and conducting an initial feasibility analysis. From there, we look to provide you with a proposal that spells out the statement of work and services. If you choose us, we get started within two weeks.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our designer/drafters have training with computer aided design tools, such as AutoCAD, SketchUp and Revit. We are trained in California Residential Code and California Building Codes. The real core is our years of experience working with clients, interacting with engineers, contractors, and planning and development services. We are always on the lookout to gather new knowledge from trade groups and government rule changes.
