- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My price may be a little higher than the other guy, but I do extra work on most jobs to make sure it comes out the best possible so that the customer is happy with the work.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First, we determine what type of tile will be used. Second, we see if any prep is needed, in most cases we do need to install an underlayment or a crack isolation and that will effect the scope of work. Third, after we know the above, I can estimate a price and proceed to scheduling the job.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I did some traveling to Italy and was able to see how they make good quality ceramic & porcelain tile. Also, I constantly keep up with new products that improve the installation of tile.
