- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
For any onsite visits, there is a $90 trip fee. All services whether remote or onsite are billed in 30-minute increments $125.00 per hour rate for desktop/laptop/printing and network/server infrastructure (IT) support projects. $105.00 per hour rate for low-voltage such as Ethernet and coaxial related service or installation projects.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Provide remote consultation to gather information and requirements. This helps us get to know the clients needs, concerns, environment, and if any materials or research is needed prior to starting the project. This helps us to create the best possible solutions.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have over 18 years in the IT field professionally and have been running a small business for the past 6 years. My main line of business has been supporting other small to medium sized business IT needs. I have a bachelors in Information Systems Security and have planned, designed and implemented SIEM and Full Packet Capture solutions for a lot of enterprise companies. I have had the opportunity to learn some major products in my time from the following: Splunk - GrayLog - Palo Alto - Cisco - Unifi - Fortinet - RSA - Tenable Our team has had opportunities to run low voltage cables, ethernet lines, install security systems, mount TV's, projectors, and more for both home and commercial customers. My technicians have anywhere from 3 to 7 years of experience in DirectTV or Dish Network and or the IT field. They have a lot of experience dealing with customers and meeting their needs.
