- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing can vary depending on the problems you are having and the size of your home. We offer One time treatments, every other month and quarterly programs. We will come out to your property FREE of charge and evaluate your home and situation and let you know what program makes the most sense for you.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Getting to know our customers on a personal level. We listen and address concerns right away because we want our customers to know we are a trustworthy and dependable company.
