- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
PRICING, PAYMENT & TIPPING POLICY 1. Prices (bartender wages) are based on estimated guest count, hours booked, and travel time. 2. We do NOT currently require a deposit/retainer fee. 3. All events (under 5 hours) have a base fee of $200. This does not include the hourly wage of the bartender(s). 4. Each additional hour after bartenders are on site is $100. 5. Payment is due on the day of the event after services have been rendered. No exceptions. - Cash and major credit cards accepted. - Cash Apps such as Venmo and Paypal may also be used. Please ask in advance. - Checks are accepted but will be deposited immediately using a mobile banking app. We do not provide more than 6 hours of bartending. Parties exceeding 5 hours have a base fee of $250.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Once I have more information on the type of event, guest size, and location, we will work together to discuss the bar menu. I will provide a list what needs to be purchased to make the drinks you'd like to serve. I will be available via email, text or phone to answer any concerns you might have. As the date of your event draws closer, I'll be in contact again to go over last minute details and confirm the menu. Please note ABS does not provide any alcohol, nor are we a cash bar.
