- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing depends on the size and type of furniture, as well as the condition it’s in. I offer fair rates and provide a detailed estimate upfront, so there are no surprises. I also offer discounts for repeat customers or if multiple pieces of furniture are being cleaned in one visit.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First, I ask the customer about their furniture type and specific concerns — like stains, odors, or allergens. Then, I inspect the furniture in person to choose the best cleaning method. Once we agree on the approach, I proceed with a deep clean, paying special attention to problem areas. After the cleaning is done, I ensure the customer is satisfied with the result.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I’ve undergone training on how to properly clean different types of fabrics and upholstery, including delicate materials like velvet and leather. I also stay updated on the latest cleaning techniques and products to ensure I’m providing the best possible service.
