- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Customers should know that my pricing is based on the complexity of the installation, the wall type, and any additional services like cable concealment or mounting extra devices (such as soundbars). I offer transparent, upfront quotes with no hidden fees. For larger projects or multiple installations, I provide package discounts. Additionally, first-time customers and referrals receive a 10% discount. My goal is to deliver quality service at a fair price, ensuring every customer feels they’ve received great value for their investment.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First, I consult with the customer to understand their needs, like the room layout and desired height for the TV. Then, I assess the wall type, provide a recommendation on the best mount, and offer options for hiding cables. After installation, I test everything to ensure it’s secure and functional.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have hands-on experience and completed training in AV installation, as well as ongoing courses to stay updated on the latest mounting techniques and tools. My background in electronics also helps me understand the best ways to handle and secure various devices.
