- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Voyager Plumbing charges by the job not by the hour to ensure our clients know the cost before the job begins to prevent any surprises. Call to ask about our coupons. We offer a 15% discount to military and first responders. Coupons/discounts cannot be combined.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We typically schedule same day appointments if they are available or whenever works best for the client. Clients are given a 2 hour arrival window with a courtesy phone call from the technician 30 minutes prior to arrival. Once the Technician arrives, they will diagnose the problem and present multiple options for the client.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Voyager Plumbing is a state licensed, full service and repair company. Weekly training meetings are held to ensure up to date knowledge of any plumbing code changes, new products, tools, etc.
