I'm not sure why, but the communication at this company is lacking. Their back office obviously needs help and the customer pays for it. I don't recommend them.
We started our project saying it was an insurance claim, but when it came time to get certain documentation to provide to insurance, they gave us the run around for over 2 weeks. Every time we followed up, they claimed it would be done next day or we would get a call back.
PM said they could coordinate our restoration with their Roofer to see the source of the leak before they closed up the walls. That didn't happen and I had to constantly follow up. They ended up closing up the walls before the roofer even came out. I used the roofer, but decided to pay him separately so I don't get the run around any further.
The end result was a wall and baseboards that don't really line up with the existing stuff, and they left a hole where our cable was going through instead of properly sealing and securing the wall bushing. When I brought up the wall bushing and requesting someone to seal it, PM gave me the run around for a week, never sent someone to fix it.
At least the roofer did a good job, but he's not technically part of the company.
