He was wonderful and punctual and professional. He came with a large ladder for our over stairs 20-foot vaulted ceiling and got our new chandelier installed quickly without issue. We've already reached out to use him for another project.

E&K Maintenance did a great job installing my recessed lighting. I liked that he offered helpful suggestion on where the lights should go, especially in the kitchen. I am so glad he had extra lights, because I needed them. Evhad had all the right tools to be precise. When there was an issue about placement, he made me aware prior to install. He was on time and professional. Yes, I will definitely us Evhad again. I have the upstairs lighting to finish!
