We had a great experience with Behrens Flooring. Kaue is very professional and was very responsive throughout the entire process. We needed our carpets stretched and cleaned. He did a great job, they look fantastic. The day he was scheduled to do the work was very stormy. He encountered a lot of traffic and a flat tire but he communicated with updates the entire time. When he arrived he got right to work and completed the job. At the end the price was exactly as quoted. I highly recommend Behrens Flooring.

Enjoyed working with the team, both Kaue & Richard were extremely professional. They helped with carpet stretching and steam cleaning. They were fair with the pricing and fixed the issues with a slack carpet promptly. One of the top rated competitor tried ripping me off with a quote that is twice as high. I will use them again!

Kaue did a fantastic job! We had asbestos tile pulled from 3 of our rooms and wanted to replace it with carpet. Throughout scheduling and ordering, Kaue was very responsive and polite. He went above and beyond in our home and we very much appreciated that!
