Bob was very friendly and profesional. I reached out at night for a broken tension spring on my garage door and he contacted first thing in the morning. He was prompt to arrive at my house for a free estimate within 30. Bob was honest about the repairs needed and gave me multiple repair options. He also gave me an excellent price for my budget that covered everything the door needed. Since I own an ADU with a similarly aged garage door I request a replacement for the tension spring to that door as well. The worked completed was done remarkably well. I would recommend GDX to anyone looking for garage repair and he has earned my continued business in the future.
