We needed someone to come out sooner than later to change our garage door opener since it gave out and stopped working. Jake responded right away, he talked to my husband over the phone and he was able to give us in detail what he could do and even priced it over the phone. He was at our home the very next afternoon. He was professional and now our garage door works and it works wonderfully, no noise and better than before. We highly recommend Jake, he worked with our budget and that was a huge help!

Garage door problems but didn’t get any chance to look for a company until 5:30 pm on Friday evening after work. Thumbtack sent out my request and I got a phone call from Jake within minutes. He asked me questions, asked me to take pictures of my garage door, springs, motor, etc when I got home later that night. Bob was at my house 8:30 am on Saturday and did a complete inspection. Gave me a thorough explanation about my options. I never felt pressured to make any decision or upselling. I ended up following their recommendations and the work was completed before 11:30 am. He walked me through all the work that was completed. Very professional. And I have a 3 year warranty for the work that was done. Highly recommend.
