My elderly mother was living in my childhood home in the Lynbrook neighborhood. She was recently diagnosed with Alzheimer's, and I needed to move her near me here in L.A., coordinate and run an estate sale, hire dumpsters and labor to clean out the house, find reliable contractors to make repairs and quick updates, find stagers to stage the house, and sell it for a good price. I interviewed three real estate agents and agencies in the area, and was so happy to find Andy and Ben Meunier, the Meunier Brothers!They offered packages that other agents couldn't, various levels of service from almost hands-off to complete heavy-lifting, and all with a single point of contact who stayed in great communication with me via text with updates when there was any news to report.I didn't have to fly up to Cupertino *once* during the process and handled all paperwork and payments via online services like DocuSign, Venmo, and wire transfer. It was such a relief to be able to care for my mother in her new apartment here in L.A. while the Meunier Brothers sent me schedules of activities and payments, set my expectations appropriately of upcoming days and weeks' activities, etc. I was never blind-sided.They ended up selling her home for over asking (the number was my "dream number" I'd held silently in my head) and she's now set for all her upcoming needs and care no matter what.Hire the best and let them do their job. I met Andy and Ben at an open house and decided that they would be the ones for our Cupertino home selling agents, and they proved me rightIt was a pleasant journey to reach the price goal we aimed at working with these young, enthusiastic, smart, very experienced young professionals. Andy and Ben brother team has the best combination of skills. They are both very nice and sincere as well as hard working. They are great listeners. They understood our needs and points. Andy is a great communicator. His communication and response time counted only a second whenever he could. Ben is very smart and adaptive. His eyes attended to all the small details and could solve any problems along the way. The brochure Ben made for our home was amazing! It was artistically technical with pictures and words laid out to catch the eyes and touch the minds. The video the two brothers did was also beautiful. It captured all the angles to bring out the points why this home was worthing it. At the open house more comparison sheets and additional info were provided compounding the message that our home was the best buy, and last but not least they convinced the buyer at the final stage why and how we saw it. They are truly the achievers!We really appreciate Andy and Ben team. We strongly recommend them to you for your home sales and buying needs over other popular/top agents in the area whom we interviewed but saw the difference so we didnt hire. You definitely will find these two guys trustworthy.
