Sam has done a great job to install curtain rod set for one of the bedrooms of my house. The installation is not easy due to a few technical challenges, he showcased good can do altitude and meticulous working spirit, always friendly and polite during the process. He also made a lot of investments on tooling, can always find and utilize the right tool to solve different difficult problems. I highly recommend him for good handyman service.

Handy Sam is not merely handyman. Simon is a capable engineer who can solve difficult problems. Very satisfied with the pergola Simon refurbished. Simon did extra work to preserve the old decoration. Top craftmanship you can expect.

Sam was extremely responsive getting back within 2 hours of posting on thumbtack. He showed up on time and did a great job fixing my damaged wooden shades. He gave me great advice on options to replace the liners behind the shades and we are now working on next phase of project to replace those as well. Highly recommend him to those considering handyman work around the house.

WOW!!!! I am so impressed with Semen in every way! He responded to my post almost immediately; he was available the very next day; he arrived when he said he would; he took the time to put those slip on covers over his shoes; he arrived with this super snazzy mobile tool chest (+ ladder); he accomplished the job within the time frame estimated; he took the time to clean up any dust/debri the job created (had his own mini-vac); AND his rate was more than affordable!!! I've already asked him to return for another job, and I plan to use him as my handyman from now on! Look no further, Handy Sam is THE guy!!!! You won't be disappointed!!!!
