We love our kitchen, Mike was great from the first meeting. I showed him my vision board and he had insights and recommendations that really aligned with my style. I’d like to recommend Pinnacle Design and Build to anyone looking for communication, attention to detail, and honesty. We’ve been living in Marina Del Rey for some years. And as waterfront properties require much maintenance, it’s led us to deal with a lot of contractors. We’ve had some bad experiences along the way so we were skeptical to begin with. But the communication was right from the first meeting. Then when we saw the 3D design for our kitchen we were sold. The online system works really well and help keep us in track with scheduling. Also txts and phone calls go a long way as we travel often. We’re really happy and happy to recommend Pinnacle, ask for Mike or Laetitia

Mike did a beautiful 3D design, architectural design, and full engineer plans for our 2 story addition. My last architect was so hard to get a hold of, I can’t tell you what a relief it was working with Mike. He always makes himself available or at least responds that he’ll get back to me soon. He’s communicative about timeline and project process. Thank you Mike, definitely recommend. I can’t wait to start the actual project

Thank you for your interest, our pricing offers no hidden fees. It will include all labor, tax, and materials. Our pricing is fair market value, not the lowest and not the highest. We accept most payment methods and offer a variety of financing options, all unsecured (no lien)! Feel free to reach out directly if you have any other questions
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We believe in communication, listening to the homeowner, and respecting your wishes. That's why we come to your house for a personal introduction, not just a phone call or email. Then we will assess your vision to understand your goals and see how we can best achieve them. We believe that YOU ARE THE BOSS, we are here to guide you along the way :)
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We are a family and veteran run business with over 25 years of experience in construction. If you live in the greater L.A area, you have probably driven past our projects. We are licensed, bonded, and insured to give you the greatest peace of mind we can offer.
