What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Due to overhead and liability, I can't take on a project for less than $2,000. I can always reevaluate my fees based on the scope upon site observation. At times, while I haven't reduced my fees, I will provide extra service just becuase it's the right thing to do. I often consider another person position as to what's fair and reasonable.
