The experience was outstanding from beginning to end! I was having a terrible problem with a rat infestation, it felt like they were taking over my home! I reached out to some local pest control companies but they were unsuccessful. Then I reached out to Western Exterminators. They were prompt, affordable and most importantly, took care of the problem. I would recommend them to anyone!

I worked with two other rat specialists before working with Sam. The first one I contacted was not honest with pricing. The second one was late in always getting back to me. Sam saved me! He was always quickly responsive, honest with pricing, and made me feel comfortable moving forward. He quickly helped resolve the rat situation I had going on. Definitely would recommend!

Me and my husband bought our new home six months ago. Once it started getting really cold I started to find rodent droppings. We set out traps but more & more were coming in. We went around the house and sealed all the holes yet the mice were still getting in. I was at my wits end and not knowing what to do I called the local pest control company and Sam came out. He Inspected & found many openings. I was shocked to know we had so many openings. He was very helpful & quick to get out problem solved. He had a crew come out and had the holes fixed. I’m happy to say our rodent nightmare is over.

We had some electrical problems and found out rats had chewed some wires! So I contacted Sam as suggested by a friend at church. He came the next day and put together a plan for rodent removal and decontamination. Work went smooth.
I had a problem again a few months later and Sam came out right away and solved it. Great service
