I had hopeful expectations because of the good reviews on here. And how responsive Joseph was (the first to respond to the request). He accommodated me with airwick plug-ins and honored the price that was quoted on the app. However, I requested a deep clean but I was left with an unclean toilet, and floors mopped with a swiffer and still visible dirt. Next time I will ask detailed questions about what is included in a deep clean. I am sure HousekeepUSA is good for a regular clean if that is what you are looking for. Also, an unrequested $200 discount was applied that I didn’t ask for…I am not sure how thumbtack comes up with their estimated prices but if you would like a through job do not accept the discount or any extras. This was a gift for my parents who are dealing with cancer right now and was hoping to help make their house sparkle a little.
