- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
There is a minimum of 4 hours with additional hours if needed. We offer one or 2 organizers per job. We take smaller donations/discards for a minimal fee. We can shop for specific products at your request. Get a discount on 3 or more sessions. Jobs range from $269 (1 organizer 4 hours)-$499 (2 organizers 4 hours) any additional hours $55-$80 per hour.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The first step is to text or call at your convenience so we can listen to your wants and needs, determine how much time is needed by viewing a few pictures and purchase any organizing tools that may be needed. The majority of jobs are 4 hours with an additional hour if needed.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
The experts have 40+ years of experience combined with backgrounds in accounting, advertising, education, customer service and of course organizing from an early age, which has lead them to their dream job later in life :)
