We had a small, intimate wedding, and it was the first time for us and our guests to experience a personal chef—it was truly amazing. The food was delicious, beautifully presented, and the entire process was seamless. As a busy bride, I appreciated being able to handle everything via text. The only hiccup was that I had informed the chef we couldn’t have additional servers due to our Airbnb’s 25-person limit so I was going to use 2 of my guests who would be helping. On the wedding day, he brought three extra team members, which resulted in an additional charge from the host of the Airbnb. However, I didn’t take down a star because the servers were incredibly professional and elevated the experience—they were professionally dressed, had a great attitude, and made my guests feel like VIPs. The chef even came out to check on everything, adding a personal touch. Overall, having him and his team there made our day even more special.

“We had the pleasure of having Chef G cater our child’s birthday party, and it was truly an unforgettable experience! The menu was incredible—perfectly cooked Chicken Marsala, creamy Cacio e Pepe, and the freshest Burrata that delighted both kids and adults. What made it extra special was how Chef went above and beyond by adding a whimsical touch with mermaid-themed cupcakes and a fun, interactive cookie decorating station for the kids. The attention to detail and care in making the party magical were unmatched. Highly recommend Chef G for any occasion!”

I recently had the pleasure of experiencing an unforgettable dining experience for my wife’s birthday, thanks to the exceptional skills of Mr. G. This was our first time hiring a professional chef so we were not exactly sure what to expect. Mr. G put us at ease by being flexible with our requests and taking steps to ensure that we would be happy with our event. Mr. G arrived promptly and had all of his required utensils, dishes, and cooking essentials ready. After introductions, he began preparing the food and throughout the entire cooking process, he maintained a clean area while creating beautiful and delectable dishes. I could tell he paid close attention to presentation as well. The evening began with a delicate Salmon Tartare Canapé appetizer that was a perfect balance of freshness and flavor, expertly prepared. The Angus Meatballs (one of his specialty dishes) that followed were rich and savory. For the main course, Mr. G delivered a fresh handmade pasta Cacio è Pepe with black truffle and pecorino cheese that was nothing short of extraordinary. The pasta was perfectly al dente; every bite felt like a luxurious experience. To finish the meal, we had Panna Cotta for dessert. It was silky smooth, just the right amount of sweetness, and topped with a delicate berry compote that provided the perfect contrast. It was the perfect ending to a meal that left us in awe. Mr. G truly went above and beyond to create an unforgettable celebration. His attention to detail, passion for Italian cuisine, and charming demeanor made this a truly special evening. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience, and I wholeheartedly recommend him for any occasion. His culinary artistry is an experience not to be missed. Thank you Mr. G, for making my wife’s birthday so memorable. We’ll definitely be hiring you again!

Mr. G was an amazing chef for our multiple events! We did pasted app for an event and everyone LOVED them! The quality of the food and the professionalism of the servers, chefs, and Mr. G made the event something to remember. He was so great at working with our specific allergy requests and communicated so well! You can tell that Mr G is passionate about what he does and it translates perfectly into amazing food that will WOW your guests! He also did a private dinner for us, which was such a great experience, telling us about the origins of the dishes and perfectly pared wine. I can not express how much Mr G and his team will make your events unforgettable! Will be using again for other events! So so so great!!!
