Our team is led by Chef Roy, a well experienced sushi chef of over 15 years. We operate locally out of a commercial kitchen right here in Costa Mesa. Our kitchen is approved by all OC Health Standards.
We can handle any size of parties from 20-500 people with fresh sushi.
We specialize in bringing authentic, restaurant-quality sushi directly to your events at the best price and professional level.

We love catering with Sushi Trends for events with our gym! The fish is amazing quality and the staff is very communicative. By making the sushi on-site at our events like our grand opening and pop-ups, they always provide a great experience for us and our clients.

Absolutely amazing experience! I ordered over 120 sushi boxes for our monthly corporate luncheon/International Sushi Day and our whole team absolutely loved them! I worked with Devyn on the orders, she was very communicative and helpful throughout the entire process. They were very accommodating for certain orders that needed modifications due to allergens. They delivered right on time! We ordered the $16 boxes, and each box had the perfect amount of food! We will definitely be returning soon for more sushi boxes, thank you!
