Mr Reis is a highly professional and entertaining magician who revels in sharing his craft with patrons of all ages.
We hired him for our 5 yo son’s birthday party. Mr Reis arrived early and performed magic at various tables in an informal fashion.
The main show lasted 20-30 minutes to avoid losing a the children’s interest. He was very engaging with the children and treated them with respect and dry humor.
He was scheduled for an hour but showed an eagerness to stay another hour to engage adults more directly with magic. Everyone who participated was spellbound by the magic and entertained by the humor and surprises.
I have had the good fortune to interact with Mr Reis prior to this event, but I gathered the impression that he would have stayed the entire party, without seeking more compensation, as long as no conflict in his schedule arose. It’s a rare quality in a performer and the party guests only loved him more the longer he remained. He clearly loves magic and his enthusiasm is infectious.
