- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Much of the prices provided are a base per service price. However our final pricing is always in a monthly amount. The best way to receive a complete and relevant quote is for a Viking representative to make an onsite visit to assess the facility needs.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Typically we perform a site walk of the job-site/bldg and based off the needs of the bldg/customer, we provide a relevant price quote. Once we receive a signed price agreement, which is typically a month to month agreement, we place the project on our schedule. We then match one of our many cleaning crews who best fit the needs of the customer/project at hand. The day after the initial cleaning service one of our Quality Assurance Reps will contact the customer to ensure satisfaction.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I personally have a Bachelors in Business Administration, with a minor in Spanish. All of our employees are trained in modern cleaning techniques which include use of "green" products and methods.
