- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Deposits are non-refundable. All round hoop stands and arches have rented stands included in the price. Column stands do not need to be picked up and are yours to keep. Client agrees to the terms that deposits are non-refundable, any materials that become lost/damaged/stolen while in the client’s possession are to be reimbursed to the Balloon Boutique to cover new item fees or repairs for damages, failure to make payment results in cancelled event, events booked with less than a two week notice require full payment upfront. Client agrees to these terms once booked :) please ask me for any questions or further information.
