These guys are really great - scheduling is super easy, the guys arrived exactly on time and resolved our issues (blocked drains) super quickly. They are now out go to plumbers.

Since I know some of you just come here looking for the negatives the only bad thing I have to say is that they were always early. Like over an hour early one time. Ended up working out okay for me but hopefully that tells you already how good they were. They were in and out in what seemed like 5 minutes with the initial visit to diagnose the issue. We bought our own toilet that they came back to install which was going smoothly until a part was missing!! Jordan was extremely patient and continued to clean up and do what he could while I was on the phone with the less than helpful representative from the manufacturer. He then went completely above and beyond going to Home Depot in search of a part that neither of us were convinced was actually sold there despite the fact that the manufacturer support representative told us otherwise and unfortunately he was not able to find it at either location that he visited. He came back a few days later once we had the part in hand from the manufacture and completed the installation very efficiently and professionally. I would highly recommend the service for any of your plumbing needs!

I had a new washing machine and dryer but didn't have the right setup to get them working. Rudy at Caltek came and helped me get everything hooked up. They accidentally hooked up a few things wrong, which was a honest mistake, and were happy to come back the next day and make things right. They even went above and beyond when they came back and installed copper piping instead of plastic. I was really grateful for their hard work and understanding.
