After getting different quotes from different remodeling business, my wife and I decided to go with Golden Heights because they offered the best and reasonable pricing. Initially we just wanted our master bathroom remodeled, but we ended up remodeling our guest bathroom as well. Michael, Eran, and his team did an amazing job remodeling both our bathrooms. We had some miscommunications but they were able to fix and resolve the issues. Michael was our project manager and main point of contact. He was always on time for our meetings, answered our phone calls/text messages, and made sure we meet our deadline since we were still living in our apartment. At the end, Eran and Michael did a final walkthrough with us to make sure everything was working and that we were happy with the final results. Thanks to Golden Heights we finally have two beautiful bathrooms!

Just finished remodeling our master bathroom remodel with Golden Heights. We had a small bathroom with tiny shower stall and a useless closet on the opposite side. Golden heights helped expand the bathroom taking the space of the closet and relocate the toilet for a better layout overall. We're super happy for the extra space and the overall upgrade! David and Or Haim managed the project. Both were very responsive checking in every day answering questions about the project via texts and on-site. They helped work with me to pick out tile, shower fixtures, and the custom glass. The team worked very fast and were respectful of our house- keeping tools/materials away from our curious toddler and dog. This was my first major construction project so I'd recommend others to be very aware and particular about layout and placement details. We had a last minute realization that the location of the rain shower was too close to the wall to be usable, but David was thankfully flexible and agreed to make the change without extra charge.

After a long search, I contacted Golden Heights Remodeling to fix up an old guest room and bathroom that had water damage on the floor. Eran met me within a few days and we moved forward with our plan. Quote was very reasonable. I like that Eran took the time to pick out materials with me and we found a lot of really nice, good quality things (tiles, vanity, hardware, etc). Any issues that I saw or questioned were answered and corrected fairly quickly through simple communication with Eran and his team. My family and I were so pleased that we asked if they could also work on some other projects for us. Eran accommodated us, and we now have a beautiful new garage floor with lots of storage all around. I will keep Eran and his company in mind for our future projects because of: 1) their good quality of work (good materials, work done quickly), 2) great communication (promptly answers e-mails, texts, calls), 3) their willingness to work with our budget (able to negotiate, gives multiple options and ideas), 4) easy to discuss any problems or disagreements that arise, and 5) the end result has a big wow factor that really impressed our family/friends!

I highly recommend Golden Heights Remodeling. Eran and his team did a fantastic job and were so great to work with. Prior to hiring them, we got quotes from several companies, including Green Bay and Everlast. We chose Golden Heights because Eran had the best communication, which was very important to us. This is our first home purchase and remodel project and we had a tight deadline so we really needed someone who would be reliable and someone we could trust. I'm so glad we chose them because Eran remained consistent with his communication throughout the entire remodel process. He was fair with pricing and attentive to our requests. He made sure that his team completed our remodel before our deadline. Our deadline was crucial to us because we were paying rent for an apartment while waiting for the remodel of our house to finish and we are expecting a baby. After the remodel was completed, Eran did a final walkthrough with us to make sure we were happy with everything and did some touch ups afterwards. Thanks to Eran and his team, we moved into our newly updated beautiful home two months before our baby arrives. Perfect timing. They did an amazing job! They updated the kitchen, added recessed lighting, painted walls and ceilings, stained the hardwood floors a more neutral color, updated the light fixtures and electrical outlets, replaced the tiles and updated the fireplace and guest bathroom. I LOVE our new modern home. I'm in awe of the transformation (see pics). Thank you so much Eran and to your team for your hard work!
