- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We take 10% or $1,000 (whichever is lower) deposit to start your project. We then bill you for our project services after completion of each phase of the project. The last payment is made after the completion of the project.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

Envision Your Dream Use our curated design system and access our in-house designers to bring your space to life. We will order the materials and prepare for your renovation. Relax while We Build We will build and transform your space in budget and on time. We are 100% licensed and insured and we keep you updated with every milestone throughout the build.
