The roof they replaced was dated now it's up to date with the latest great material on the market.Such cool roof shingles and synthetic underlayment which is more durable and tear resistant. We also added ridge vent to improve attic ventilation. They replaced the old gutters with new gutters.I also like their workmanship comes with 10 year warranty.The house use to be sitting 85F with the AC on during the summers with the new roof the house now sits at 75F with the AC on.We went with Shasta white shingles for the most reflective rating. (0.29)(Owen Corning Shingles)This house had chronic leak in roof due to the roof being dated, but with the new roof I'm certain this will not leak for many years to come.They replaced a lot of wood rot and I knew I was in good hands based on their review ratings, which is quite impressive.Their pricing was the most reasonable compared to other companies I got quotes from ranging 50% to double the price more than American Cool Construction. We went with American Cool Construction offer.I would recommend American Construction for their service and reasonable pricing.I am very satisfied by their service they completed the project about a week.

I recently had my roof replaced due to storm and wind damage. Working with Tom was great. He was friendly and professional, always recommending material that would last longer but still open to my questions and objections. Tom arrived promptly when he said he would to perform the estimate, and arrived to ensure the project kicked off properly. I had one other estimate no-show and another one was two months out just for an estimate.I had to wait one week longer than promised for the start date, but that may be due to roofing demands after the recent storms. The crew was friendly and professional. Givani (the foreman) introduced himself on the first day and let me know if I had any questions or issues, he would be there right along with Tom.After about a week of work, my new roof looks great and would last longer than my previous roof. I would highly recommend ACC. Give Tom a call. (*And of course Joe Blow is just my display name.*)

Really impressed with the timely service we received from David and his team.We woke up on a Thursday to a leak in our kitchen while it was raining and while other companies were telling us they wouldn't be able to come until next week, David and his crew showed up that afternoon.They couldn't do a full repair because it was still threatening to rain, but managed to prevent any further leaking.Then, next morning they were on my roof fixing everything (including a busted kitchen exhaust pipe!).The entire thing was solved in less than 24 hours from when we noticed the leak. That's fast!Can't say enough good things and will definitely use again.

In the middle of the last storm we had 2 leaks in the roof. We got David contact from our neighbor that used American cool construction last year, David cane to meet us at the same day. 4 days later we had a new roof.

After getting quotes from 2 other roofers, we had a great experience with American Cool! We had the roof and attic insulation replaced. It was a big job but they had it handled and the pricing was on the low end of all the bids. The foremen and owners were direct and prompt about communication and didn't try to upsell us, just give us a solid new roof. They addressed any concerns that came up and did a final walk-through with us to ensure that every detail had been completed and all our questions and concerns were addressed.The crew was hard-working, efficient and friendly. They were also respectful of noise and didn't yell or play loud music, which I know the neighbors appreciated. I wholeheartedly recommend them and will be calling them again when it's time to replace the garage roof.
