The service that I received from Stan was exceptional. I stared with tile installation for our first floor and ended with two other tile jobs for backsplash and bathroom. I also got LVP flooring on second floor, baseboard and door trims replacement, shoebase for baseboards, floating vanity installation and few other minor works. I was amazed by the attention to detail and commitment for perfection that he puts. I felt bad for bargaining on his original quote for the first task and ended up paying more for the quality of the output. I will definitely recommend Stan to everyone. I will add more pictures of his work after clean up.

Stan responded quickly to my inquiry and came to my home to do an estimate, which I appreciate because some folks just want to quote a price over text and phone. Although he still learning English, he uses google translate, so communication was not a problem at all. I am particular about who I let in my home and do business with, and he exudes integrity and honesty. He is clearly dedicated to quality and did not disappoint; he did a great job on my tile replacement; and he diligently cleaned up afterwards; high attention to detail, which I appreciate. I will definitely consider him for future home projects as he has over 20 years of construction experience and knowledge of many things. You can book a job with him with confidence, and the price was very reasonable Highly recommend. Thank you.

We had the fortunate experience of working with Stan. He is a kind, hardworking individual who showed up on time each day and put forth a great work quality. We hired him for some Tile repairs and to redo our shower floor as the previous contractor had done a poor job. He was able to do both jobs and went above and beyond switching out old grout and resealing some of the other tiles. If you are looking for someone for small or large construction jobs he is your man. I found him to be very reasonably priced and he is willing to work with you in your budget. We were able to get around the communication issues using Google Translate. Once I had this downloaded communication was a breeze. I also learned some Russian in the process! I will definitely be re-hiring Stan for future projects, thanks.
