Why are these emails sent out early in the process? Oleg Bonchuk responded immediately, assessed the situation and is coming back today to continue the investigation of below ground pipes with a camera. After today I expect a remedy plan. Thumbtack should be aware there is a process involved. Do not harass those who choose to use this service.
