- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
All of our pricing is a flat rate per service package. We don’t add any additional charges unless it is an urgent matter and a customer wants a service done faster than expected.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
For new Customers we just ask for basic information. Name, best phone number, address, email and which service they are interested in. We then send a free quote to them on a day and time that works best for both parties. After the appointment is confirmed we ensure the service is completed with before and after pictures to the customer.
