I had William (Plunger Pro) come over for a $99 Plumbing inspection special and found out my house had a bad water heater, found my house pressure was too high, bad pressure regulator and a broken water line leaking under my house. He was very professional and thorough on the inspection. Saved me $$$$ on future repairs. Thanks Plunger Pro.

Plunger Pro helped us with a toilet repair. We had a constant running problem that woke my wife up all times of night (light sleeper). After countless times of arguing and mentioning the issue at family parties to embarrass me, I reached out to them and they got it all cleaned up and switched out. Plunger Pro was great. They helped fix my sewer backup problem quickly. They were friendly and professional. They explained everything in simple terms, making it easy for me to understand. I can't put into words the exceptional service I received from William & his team. When William learned that I had no hot water, he went above and beyond to make sure I didn't go long without hot water. William the plumber, as I call him, came prepared to take care of the issue. He brought with him his electrician & parts he may have needed to replace. Within an hour, the issue was resolved. William not only demonstrated that he's good at what he does but also that he and his team genuinely cares about their customers. He and his team worked into the early evening hours to get the heater fixed. For this, I am truly grateful and 10/10 highly recommend.
