1. Booking: Customers can call, text, or book online through my scheduling system. 2. Confirmation: I confirm the ride details in advance so they know exactly what to expect. 3. Pickup: I arrive on time in a clean, comfortable vehicle and assist with any luggage. 4. The Ride: I provide a smooth, safe, and enjoyable ride with optional amenities like charging cables and bottled water. 5. Drop-Off & Follow-Up: I ensure customers arrive safely and offer discounts for repeat bookings.
