- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
All my menu plans are custom and at quote. Unless you have a specific item for me to prepare, I prefer to go over all your wants and need to create a tailor made quote for exactly what you want
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We go over your needs either on the phone or in person, I create a custom budgeted quote for your review and I send a work agreement specifically outlining my services offered along with payment options and then I make you beautiful food!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I come from three generations of chefs. I am certified with the National Restaurant Association, The International Sommelier Guild and The Institute for Integrative Nutrition
